I was told it’s normal to be tired, overweight and sick, more often as you age... And I just needed to work out more and follow a low carb, 1000 calorie diet, etc...
Well, here's the truth... That advice is all wrong... Typical mainstream "advice" like that completely backfires for women over 45...

Diet Pills UK Side Effects | Danger Of Slimming tablets |Weight Loss tea Side Effects #FakeMeds MHRA
Hey guys! This weeks I’ve teamed up with The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) who regulate all medicines in the UK. Our aim in this video, is to warn people about the dangers of buying potentially life threatening diet pills from illegal online suppliers.
Almost 2 in 3 people suffered unpleasant side effects after taking dangerous online slimming pills, these included bleeding that wouldn’t stop, heart attacks, strokes and hallucinations!
The contents of these unlicensed diet pills are unknown, not tested for safety and have been found stored in dirty, rat infested warehouses and garden sheds.
Fake medical products and and dangerous diet pills are a big problem which the MHRA are working hard to end. The MHRA has seized nearly £3million worth of unlicensed slimming pills since April 2013, and closed down over 5,000 unauthorised online retailers in 2016.
Research carried out by MHRA in 2016 showed that although shoppers believe themselves to be “internet-savvy”, 79% of the public are unaware of the issue of fake medical products.
In fact more than half of all medicines bought online are fake! So please help spread the word – Like, Share & Tag Friends so more people can become aware of how to protect themselves, when buying medicines online.

Hepatitis C is a contagious disease caused by exposure to a certain kind of virus (see the drawing to the left). This virus causes inflammation of the liver, which can compromise liver function and lead to a serious scarring process known as cirrhosis.
Happily though, sometimes “hep C” results in nothing more than an acute but mild form, and no symptoms ever appear. The virus passes out of the body in a matter of months. But it can definitely be dangerous, even life-threatening, if it becomes chronic.
Four out of five people who contract acute hepatitis C never show any symptoms. But for the remaining 20 percent, the following warning signs may appear.
* Jaundice, which causes the skin and eyes to become yellowed, is a classic sign of liver problems.
* Gastrointestinal issues, including nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and clay-colored stools during bowel movements.
* Darker than normal urine
* Decreased appetite, often leading to unintentional weight loss.
* Fever, fatigue, and joint pain
Even in those who develop chronic hepatitis C, warning signs often don’t appear until there’s been significant damage to the liver. Therefore, regular physical checkups that include blood screening are important for detecting the hepatitis C virus as early as possible.
In addition to the symptoms previously listed, indications of chronic hepatitis C could include the following.
* Abdominal bloating and tenderness as fluids build up (a condition known as ascites).
* Swelling in the feet, ankles, or legs, caused whe these fluids move downward from the force of gravity.
* Skin becomes unusually itchy as toxins spread through the bloodstream
The purpose of this video has been to provide quick, basic information on hepatitis C warning signs. To learn more about hepatitis C and other liver problems, click on the links below the video screen.
And always remember, you should rely only on advice from a medical professional in any matter related to your health. Video Rating: / 5
